"Broke down about 50 miles from home. Called Ryan’s office to find out how I ho about getting toed as quickly as possible as I had my two dogs with me and the temp was 90. Ryan tried contacting several local toe garages who wouldn’t get there until late or the next day. He gave me the number to a couple close to where I broke down and said to check if they would direct bill in the mean time he was going to continue to try others that his office work with. I got one who said he’d bill directly and could be there in about 20 minutes. I called Ryan back and told him this. He said he’d stay on with me until he got there. I told him my phone battery was about dead could he please call my niece and ask her to come get us. It was now roughly 4:45 after his office would be closed. He said no issue I’ll call you back in a minute. He called back to say he got her explained what was up and she’d be on her way. Again he offered to stay on the phone until the tow truck arrived. I wasn’t sure if my battery would hold out but in a few minutes the truck arrived and got my car out of the road and loaded up. I thanked Ryan for all his help especially for calling my niece and staying after closing to be certain that I and my dogs were ok. Talk about like a good neighbor!"
